The human visual pathway provides a much wider bandwidth for conveying information to the brain than audible or textual approaches. Visual presentation techniques with interactive data exploration, allow the user to quickly refine the views and focus on the important aspects.
We have a number of visualisation tools. These cover a variety of applications ranging from business decision making to secure situational awareness.
Intersection
We are applying our visualisation knowledge on INTERSECTION, an EC Framework Programme 7 research project. Where we are developing a visualisation framework to support a loosely coupled set of network security components for detecting and reacting to attacks on the IP networks of critical national infrastructures.
